Terms of use

Last updated October 11, 2026

These terms apply when you use Deploym to build or publish a website. By creating an account or publishing a site you agree to them.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 16 to use Deploym.

Your site is your responsibility

You are responsible for everything on sites you publish: words, photos, links and what you do with messages people send you through forms. Only publish content you have the right to use. You keep ownership of your content; you give us permission to host and display it so your site can work.

What you can’t publish

Review and removal

We check sites automatically when they are published and review reports from visitors. We may take down any site that breaks these terms, without notice, and stop it from being published again. Repeated or serious breaches can lead to your account being closed. If you think we removed your site by mistake, contact us.

Hosting

Published sites are hosted at name.deploym.com. We aim to keep them online but don’t guarantee it, and the service may change. Pages on the free plan show a small “Made with Deploym” link and a “Report this site” link. Keep your own copy of anything important.

Forms and the people who use them

When a visitor sends a message or signs up through a form on your site, we store it and email it to the address on your account. You may only use those details to reply or to send what the person asked for, and you must follow privacy and anti-spam laws that apply to you. We keep form entries until you delete them or delete the site.

Photos and AI writing

Free photos come from public-domain collections found through Openverse. Check that a photo suits your use, especially if it shows people or brands. Text written with the AI draft feature is a starting point: check it, replace the [bracketed] placeholders and correct anything that isn’t true before you publish.

The service

Deploym is provided “as is” during the beta, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for lost data, profits or business. We may update these terms; if a change is significant we will tell account holders by email.
