What we collect
- Account details: your email address, your name if you give it, and a scrambled (hashed) version of your password. If you sign in with Google we receive your name, email and a Google account ID.
- Your sites: the content you create, photos you upload, and messages visitors send through your forms.
- Technical data: IP addresses and browser details in server logs, used for security, rate limits and abuse prevention.
How we use it
To run Deploym: signing you in, saving and publishing your sites, emailing you form messages and account emails (confirmations and password resets), preventing abuse, and answering you when you contact us. We don’t sell your data and don’t show ads.
Services we use
- Amazon Web Services hosts published sites and photos.
- Cloudflare protects the site and checks for bots (Turnstile).
- Resend sends our emails.
- OpenAI writes AI drafts from the description you type; we send only that text.
- Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.
Cookies
We use one cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser stores your current draft until you save it. We don’t use advertising cookies.
Visitors to sites made with Deploym
Published sites run no scripts and set no cookies. If you send a message through a form on a Deploym site, it is stored and sent to that site’s owner, who is responsible for how they use it.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep your data while your account is open. Deleting a site removes it and its form entries. To delete your account or get a copy of your data, contact us.
